1. By using TheChickenExchange.Com you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use TheChickenExchange.Com. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use TheChickenExchange.Com.
2. Brittany Internet Services may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Brittany Internet Services. Your continued use of TheChickenExchange.Com after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

Use of TheChickenExchange.Com

1. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit or otherwise use TheChickenExchange.Com content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any TheChickenExchange.Com content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of TheChickenExchange.Com content requires the prior written permission of Brittany Internet Services.
2. You agree to use TheChickenExchange.Com only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of TheChickenExchange.Com. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within TheChickenExchange.Com.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. TheChickenExchange.Com content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Brittany Internet Services, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
2. Brittany Internet Services will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising from or in connection with the use of TheChickenExchange.Com.
3. Brittany Internet Services does not warrant that functions contained in TheChickenExchange.Com content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that TheChickenExchange.Com or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

Intellectual Property

1. The names, images and logos identifying Brittany Internet Services or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of Brittany Internet Services and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of Brittany Internet Services or any other third party.

Contributions to TheChickenExchange.Com

1. Where you are invited to submit any contribution to TheChickenExchange.Com (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant Brittany Internet Services a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in TheChickenExchange.Com's Privacy Policy. If you do not want to grant to Brittany Internet Services the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to TheChickenExchange.Com.
2. Further to paragraph 9, by submitting your contribution to TheChickenExchange.Com, you:
   1. warrant that your contribution;
   2. is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to Brittany Internet Services for all the purposes specified above;
   3. is not defamatory; and
   4. does not infringe any law; and
   5. indemnify Brittany Internet Services against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Brittany Internet Services as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
   6. waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on TheChickenExchange.Com and the purposes specified above.

General

1. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on TheChickenExchange.Com (including local or regional rules) then the latter shall prevail.
2. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
3. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.

Classified Adverts

Only Registered Members may post advertisements on The Chicken Exchange.

 
Your ad will run for 14 days and you will be given notice by Email to renew.

 
If you remove your advert from the Chicken Exchange Site, there can be no reinstatement of the advert or refund - even if you have ended the advert early.

Adverts may be amended at any time whilst they are live on the site.Go to 'My Ads' and click 'Update' on the ad when you are logged in.

If you choose the Feature Ad option your ad will appear at random with other featured ads on the Home Page of the site.

All Chickens For Sale and Wanted Categories - Adverts in these categories are priced as follows:

14 Day Advert - 2 Credits

Feature Advert - Additional 1 Credits

Equipment/Housing Category - Adverts in this category are priced as follows:

14 Day Advert - 4 Credits

Feature Advert - Additional 2 Credits

Purchasing of Credits

Credits can be purchased in advance and will be held on account for you. You can see the number of remaining credits you hold at any time by looking in 'My Profile' within the Classified Ads section of the website.

Credits paid by Paypal will be available immediately after your purchase and will be automatically added to your account. If you would like to pay by cheque or cash for Credits, please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for details.

Credits can only be used in exchange for placing Classified Adverts within The Chicken Exchange Website. 

Once Credits have been purchased there can be no refunds in exchange for existing credits left on your account.

Credits may not be sold or exchanged with any third party and may only be used to sell items that are in the ownership of the advertiser.

Package 1 - 10 Credits - €15

Package 2 - 20 Credits - €25

Package 3 - 50 Credits - €50

eg. a 14 day advert with photos will cost:

Package 1 - €1.50 per week

Package 2 - €1.25 per week

Package 3 -  €1.00 per week

General

The Chicken Exchange Administration reserve the right to withdraw an advert at any time if it is deemed unsuitable, dishonest or illegal; or for any other reason. In this instance there will be no refund of Credits.

Do not post contact details (name, address, phone number, Email or website address) within the main body of the advert. We will remove offending adverts without delay and there will be no refund of Credits.

The Chicken Exchange will make every effort to ensure that our service runs smoothly and consistently. However, if due to circumstances beyond our control, the service is interrupted or stopped, we will not be liable for refunds or any loss of business that may result.

The Chicken Exchange do not guarantee the authenticity or honesty of any advertiser (apart from ourselves). Please check carefully and if you have any doubt, take independent professional advice before making any purchase from any third party advertiser.
